Going with a small girl (rather than a woman), SSGA presented the idea of how little role were the female’s voices currently playing in the male-dominating corporations. How the state is shaped is greatly related to the metaphor that SSGA was trying to communicate. The dress and her ponytail are shaped to create an illustration of the wind blowing through her clothes and hair. The statue takes the form of a young ponytailed girl, standing tall and chin high proudly, with her arms akimbo. It is a design created for SSGA’s 2017 International Women’s Day social campaign and was placed on Wall Street, directly facing the famous Charging Bull Statue.
